Boston Smile Center is committed to making our information and our care available to everyone, including people with disabilities.
This statement explains the steps we take on this website and in our Brookline office, and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.
We are working to bring this website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced in connection with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Our ongoing efforts include:
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time project. We review the site periodically and correct issues as we find them. Some older content and some third-party features, such as embedded scheduling and payment tools, may not yet meet every criterion, and we are working with those providers to improve them.
Our office at 12 Webster Street offers wheelchair accessible parking, a wheelchair accessible restroom, and wheelchair accessible seating. Free parking is available on site, with additional paid street parking nearby.
If you have a specific need for your visit, such as assistance entering the building or additional time in the treatment room, tell us when you schedule and we will plan for it.
If you need information from this site in a different format, we are glad to provide it another way, including reading it to you or sending it by mail. Email us at office@bostonsmilecenter.com and tell us what you need.
If any part of this website or our office is difficult for you to use, we would like to know. Email office@bostonsmilecenter.com and describe the page or the problem you encountered, and we will look into it. We treat feedback about accessibility barriers as a priority rather than a formality, and we aim to respond promptly.
Changes to this accessibility statement will be posted on this page. If our accessibility practices change in a meaningful way, we will provide notice on the site or by other means as appropriate.
